Terrain Minerals (ASX:TMX)
A defined gold-silver resource. A broader system still being tested.
Terrain Minerals is advancing its 100%-owned Smokebush Gold & Silver Project in Western Australia. Lightning hosts a maiden resource of 54,000oz of gold and 156,500oz of silver, with mineralisation remaining open and the next major drilling program designed to test resource growth, confidence and new discovery targets.

Why Terrain, Why Now?
Lightning has moved Terrain from pure exploration into resource growth. The next phase is focused on increasing confidence in the existing resource, testing extensions and new structures, and advancing the technical work required to assess future development pathways.
01 — A resource to build from
54,000oz gold. 156,500oz silver
Lightning’s maiden Mineral Resource Estimate provides Terrain with a defined starting point. Mineralisation extends from surface and remains open along strike and at depth.
02 — Multiple avenues for growth
The current resource does not define the limits of the system.
Terrain has identified extensions to Lightning and Monza, a high-priority northern IP anomaly and a newly defined western structure — providing multiple targets for the next phase of drilling.
03 — A pathway being progressively de-risked
Granted mining tenure. Technical work underway.
Lightning sits on a granted mining lease, while metallurgical and technical work is advancing alongside resource definition. Terrain is also evaluating potential future development pathways, including third-party processing.
04 — A defined program ahead
The next phase is about establishing scale.
Terrain’s planned ~10,000m RC campaign is designed to combine infill and extensional drilling with testing of new exploration targets, with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for Q1 2027 subject to drilling outcomes.
LIGHTNING GOLD–SILVER RESOURCE
A Resource to Build From.
In July 2026, Terrain delivered the maiden Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate at Lightning — establishing a defined gold-silver resource within the 100%-owned Smokebush Project after six years of drilling.
- 01 — Defined from surface - The resource extends from surface and has been modelled across both open-pit and underground components.
- 02 — Open beyond the current envelope - Mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth, with drilling indicating known mineralisation beyond the boundaries of the current MRE.
- 03 — More than one structure - Lightning and Monza form part of a broader structural system, with recent drilling also pointing to the potential for an additional mineralised structure.

Defined Today. What Comes Next.
Lightning now has a defined starting resource. Terrain’s next phase is designed to test how that resource can grow, increase geological confidence and progress the project toward further technical and development assessment.
The next phase is not simply about drilling more metres. It is about establishing scale, confidence and a clearer pathway forward.
01
DEFINED TODAY
54,000oz gold resource
The maiden Inferred MRE establishes a defined resource at Lightning.
01
WHAT COMES NEXT
Increase resource confidence
Infill drilling is planned to target greater geological confidence within the existing resource, with the objective of supporting a potential upgrade toward the Indicated category.
02
DEFINED TODAY
Mineralisation remains open
Lightning remains open along strike and at depth, with known mineralisation sitting beyond the current MRE envelope.
02
WHAT COMES NEXT
Test the limits of Lightning
Extensional drilling is planned to target mineralisation outside the existing resource and assess how far the system continues.
03
DEFINED TODAY
New targets identified
Terrain’s 2026 IP program generated multiple new drill targets, including a high-priority anomaly immediately north of Monza and a newly identified western structure.
03
WHAT COMES NEXT
Test for new discoveries
The next campaign is expected to test selected high-priority targets alongside resource-focused drilling.
04
DEFINED TODAY
Mining lease granted
Lightning is held under a granted mining lease, providing greater tenure certainty as Terrain advances the project.
04
WHAT COMES NEXT
Advance the development pathway
Metallurgical work, resource definition and mining studies are intended to progressively assess potential development options, including possible third-party processing pathways.

BPC INVESTMENT LENS
Three questions that matter from here.
BPC Research sees the next phase at Lightning through three lenses: increasing confidence in the existing resource, testing its potential scale and determining whether the broader Smokebush system can deliver additional discoveries.
Can the existing resource move up the confidence curve?
Terrain’s planned infill drilling is designed to increase geological confidence within Lightning, with the objective of supporting a potential upgrade of portions of the current Inferred resource toward the Indicated category.
How far does Lightning extend beyond today’s MRE?
Mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth, with known mineralisation already identified beyond the current resource envelope. Extensional drilling will test whether more of that system can be incorporated into future resource estimates.
Is Lightning part of a broader mineralised system?
Terrain’s 2026 IP program identified new structural targets beyond the existing resource, including a high-priority anomaly north of Monza and a previously untested western structure.
PORTFOLIO OPTIONALITY
Gold at the core. Optionality beyond it.
Smokebush remains Terrain’s primary focus. Beyond the flagship gold-silver project, the broader portfolio provides exposure to gallium, rare earths, copper and lithium across projects in Western Australia and Queensland.
REE + Gallium/Scandium | Western Australia
Broad REE and gallium mineralisation has been identified across the prospect, with metallurgical work confirming strong rare-earth recoveries and further gallium/scandium potential.
Rare Earths | Western Australia
Drilling has identified high-grade clay-hosted rare earth mineralisation, including the magnet rare earths neodymium and praseodymium, with further work aimed at defining the scale of the system.
Gold + Copper | Queensland
A large regional tenure position containing multiple gold and copper targets across approximately 2,500km².
Lithium + Gold | Western Australia
Terrain has used soil sampling and machine-learning targeting to identify prospective areas, with further results pending.
